Programs

Mighty Mites

Mighty Mites

Ages 3–5 years old

This program is perfect for young children under 6 years old.

As a mighty mite, your child will learn to focus; they will learn self-discipline; and they will develop fine motor skills as a prerequisite to Taekwondo, and a prerequisite to life.

Children

Children

Ages 6–12 years old

It is fundamental to start your child young when it comes to any martial art. By doing so you will see the constant benefit of an increased grade point average in school, and higher levels of focusing.

Overall, we will keep them on track through the journey of growing up.

Family

Family

Ages 3+

What makes martial arts so powerful and influencing is the fact it can be practiced by those of any ages. As a family activity, you can learn right by your child's side through our Family Classes.

We know how busy you are and we would love to accomodate you.

Adults

Adults

Ages 13+

Our adults program turns an average person into a better one.

Through our Adult's program you will learn how to defend yourself properly and keep yourself in shape. This is the time you will learn martial arts as a life discipline and not just punching and kicking.

Three students enjoying a nice day via our After-school Program

After-school Program

As the new school year rolls in, it often introduces many difficulties to the schedules of parents and family members. With our after school program, students are dropped off directly from school to our facility; students take part in daily Taekwondo training in addition to getting their homework done in a safe and controlled environment.

As a New York State licensed program, our After School Program constantly has staff looking after each individual enrolled in the program. We cover school vacation days, snow days, and have a full-length summer program. Please contact us at (518) 371-8285 for more information, or use our contact form below.

Spring of '88

In April of 1988, the Clifton Park school emerged under Grandmaster Kwang Y. Pai, the eldest master of the Pai's Taekwondo federation. The Clifton Park school was originally located further South on Route 9 to its current location, but is now housed in a much larger facility for training and learning martial arts.

The Clifton Park location—just across from the Walmart Supercenter—serves as the headquarters for everything going on under the Pai's Academies.

Fall of '99

In September of 1999, just before the turn of the millenia, Grandmaster Pai had opened up a second school in the Saratoga region of New York State. As his second martial arts facility, Grandmaster Pai continues to spread his devotion to the martial arts culture. After a full decade since its opening, Pai's Academy of Taekwondo welcomed Master Sam Romanzo to help out with school operation of the Saratoga location.

The Saratoga school is located just past the Wilton Mall off of exit 15. Head West on Route 50 & 29, and you can't miss it!
